Sorry for the absence, dear readers.  The end of the semester has been raucously crazy with all the grading and assignments and projects and the FREUND-LAIVEN!  So, I thought to ease my way back into PixelatedGeek land, I’d give you all a three-week spotlight on the campaigns that I’m currently running!  Huzzah.  This week, I’ll hook you all up with some sweet exposition and then, in Week 2, I’ll highlight the Sunday night campaign and, in Week 3, I’ll highlight the Monday night campaign.  Both campaigns occur in the same world, both using Dungeons & Dragons 4th edition.  The story has evolved quite well and has included, as I just realized, about a bazillion characters, both PC and NPC alike.

Sunday Night PCs:

Barakas Obamias, Tiefling Rogue

Dr. Penasaurus Beardstorm, Eladrin Swordmage

Ryeleth Du’hanin, Eladrin Warlord

Rettanous Battlehammer, Dwarf Paladin of Moradin

Kharshk, Dragonborn Paladin of Red Knight

Gannitts, Shadar-kai Wizard

Edwin “Thom” De Marco (a.k.a. “The Dark Child”), Human Ranger

Batrahko of the Ohgra-Kuump, Goliath Monk

Monday Night PCs:

Norric Moonscale, Dragonborn Paladin of Bahamut

Bella Zanetry, Gnome Invoker of Sehanine

Gorgon Stoneskull, Goliath Barbarian

Velluss Seyccha, Human Cleric of Avandra

Nyxteri, Shifter Rogue

Bean Hilltopple, Halfling Bard

Mendartus, Half-Elf Warlock

Jourdain Montague, Human Rogue

List of Notable NPCs: Devon Staul, Maria Staul, Jahvod Staul, Jehrohm Staul, Terran Staul, Marcus Staul, Kormandus Kol, The Six Kol Siblings, Baron Edgar De Marco, General Vaan De Marco, Edwin De Marco (a.k.a. “Kalarel, Deathpriest of Orcus”), Rok-Sszhaza, Splugg, Harlan Aeshire, Archmage Tyghe, Archmage Allistair, Brother Yulin of the Cult of the Prevailing Light, Biggs, Wedge, Rendil, Revan, and Marcus Montague (a.k.a. “Maelstrom”).

Some of the above NPCs, you might notice, are from the adventure modules published by D&D.  Along with the adventure modules, I have used several bits of information from the sourcebooks, dungeon tiles, and D&D Insider exclusives.  Here are some of the modules, books, and tiles that I’ve been using for this campaign so far:

Next week, I’ll hit you all up with the Monday night spotlight as well as some backstory for the group and its current endeavors.  Expect pics and video to follow!  But, just as a preview, here’s the sweet map of the geography for both groups (you’ll note the expert use of MS Paint):
